Is there any difference between the product I received and the picture?

The image is for reference only, as this is a custom-made product.

There may be slight differences between the actual product and the imaged image due to color differences between monitors, materials and processing methods, and errors caused by manual work, etc. This does not constitute a quality defect.

Can I return or exchange a custom-made item?

Since custom-made products are one-of-a-kind and exclusive to the customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except for quality defects.

Please be sure to check the size, text, design, and color before ordering.

What if I make a mistake in size, text, or design?

We always send confirmation images before shipping and ask for final confirmation.

In case of our production error, we will remake and resend the product free of charge.

In the event of a mistake in the customer's information entry, the order will be re-created at the customer's expense.

What if they say it's not what they imagined?

Custom-made products are produced based on the customer's specifications and confirmed details.

Please note that we do not accept returns for reasons such as "it's not what I imagined" or "I don't like it.
